Nathan brings 27 years of experience in investments and finance to his real estate practice, which he began a year ago after many years of following the market from an investment perspective. He draws on that financial background to help clients approach real estate decisions thoughtfully and confidently.

His career includes eight years at Vanguard, five years helping to invest in Swarthmore College’s endowment, and five years helping to invest the John Templeton Foundation’s assets. He also spent eight years as a financial advisor managing wealth for high-net-worth families.

Having lived in Japan for eight years beginning at age nine, he brings an international perspective to his work and life. He is the proud father of a teenage son and daughter, and shares his home with two wonderful and energetic dogs. Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing tenor and baritone saxophones and making pottery.
